I think a lot of what my problem is, is eating the wrong foods. I bike 8-10 miles almost everyday to get to school and my friends house across the town and I've started up doing the 'Wii Fit' for Yoga and working with my balance issues.
I look forward to more exercise and health tips and stuff from you!

Particularly, for the girls I mean, I think we like to look for exercises that help keep toned and slim certain areas (like thighs, and stomach)
For specialized exercises for those, it's good if you can find a 'for girls' sort of magazine that will give you exercise tips in each issue~
