Ok... so I went and did the same thing I did yesterday... and I did it better and it was easier. Yesterday the time went slow and painful, today it went by fast. I don't know if it was because I was more ADD today or not, but it was easier. I also realized if I tried to keep my breathing the same the whole way through, long deep breathes it lets me go farther. Perhaps it tries to slow the heart.
Secondly. I.... dropped my external.... not on purpose. I had it on the bed next to me and it slipped off. Now it will still turn on but makes a weird beeping noise and the computer cant see it. I REALLY need advice on how to get all of my things back.... So help me.
