So I started working out again since I haven't since I moved to sacramento. I weigh 140lbs. That's bad for a person that's 5'3''. So I need to work my fat ass off.
What my routine is:
Foot to foot crunches
10 Minute cardio
At first I watched part of the cardio video, I thought she looked silly as fuck doing it... but it's something I need to get over. I can go into the privacy of my bedroom and do it. I even locked the door so my bf wouldn't walk in. >.>;
What I want is people to do this with me. It's healthy and fun and easy. I actually had a hard time with the moves she was doing... I'm not as coordinated as I though. So don't be embarrassed if you cant either.
I thought this stuf fwas easy the first day, but the second day I was a little more sore and it was harder to do some of the moves. (I also upped how many push ups and sit ups I did. I will gradually move those up.) I also wanna buy a jump rope since that's fun to do anyways

So whose in? Who wants to do this together. If you keep up with me, I will do some art for whoever keeps up. I expect honesty though. I know how it feels since I just started this stuff. I will post occasionally with updates, perhaps change the video I am doing cardio with since she has a few. I hate routine.
I would throw jogging into this, but I live in the ghetto... and don't feel safe doing that XD

Forgot to mention, I am giving up Soda and not eating fast food very often. I bought lots of food and fruit to eat.
